By way of introduction, my name is Juliet Heart – In The Woods 2009 (ITW 2009) Marketing & Sponsorship Administration. Thank you for taking your valuable time to read this letter.
While the current economy is hitting the country, and world, in unexpected ways - our non-profits are getting hit the hardest. What some people may not know is that for every penny you donate - in cash or in-kind (product) - you receive a tax deduction receipt. That means come tax time you will have a little something extra to help you!
The purpose of ITW 2009, an annual Northwest BDSM event, is to offer opportunities for Leather education and training – engage in tons of fun – and most importantly to help raise much-needed funds for the Triskeli Guild. The Triskeli Guild is a non-profit, inclusive BD/SM, Pansexual, group promoting an alternative lifestyle community. We have members from all over the globe, but our primary audience is in the Pacific Northwest. We encourage participation by all genders, races, and sexual preferences. Parts of the funds we raise allow Triskeli to provide free monthly meetings for the community on a variety of topics. The Guild relies on the support of its membership and this event, ITW 2009. The more we can fund-raise through ITW 2009, the more we can directly help the Triskeli Guild continue their wonderful work in our communities.
You may be asking how you can help - WITH a tax write off! We have the answer for you – and for every budget! We have two different options: cash or in-kind donations. In-kind donations will be looked at and approved by the ITW 2009 Event Coordinator. Examples of this could be- the donation of a generator for us to run the electrical with, products you vend which could be used as raffle giveaways or silent auction items, etc. We will also consider a combination of cash and in-kind donations. If you have something to donate – no matter how crazy – let us know!
Now, everyone wants to know what's in it for them, right? We have created a tiered sponsorship system to answer that very question!

We also have available a fantastic opportunity - just for ITW 2009! We produce an advertising booklet called "ITW Camper Connections," which will be handed out to each and every ITW camper! The book size will be 5.5" x 8.5" and presented in a "booklet" style hand-out. It will contain advertisements from all Pan-Sexual, BDSM, or alternative lifestyle/lifestyle friendly group/store/function/businesses. Just imagine, getting your name and information out to every single camper with very little effort! We are here for you! All you need to do is choose a advertising option below, send us your size-appropriate ad via Microsoft Word or JPEG document, send in the check, and we do the rest!

Registration Bags: We allow companies/private parties to add a product sample, etc into the packet that each and every camper receives upon registration (condoms, pens, etc). You will need to ship the product samples to our registration administrator, along with payment, no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2009. The fee for this is $50.00 either cash or in-kind donation.
If you have looked into marketing and advertising at all, you are very aware that we are offering you a superb deal! Don't let this opportunity pass! If you are signed up as a vendor, you get a FREE business card size advertisement! You may also choose, instead, to take $15.00 of a larger advertising spot.
